Greetings to Old and New Friends!

We here at G&J Manufacturing have made some major improvements to our manufacturing facility over this last year, starting with an additional 1500 square feet to our inventory facilities.

In keeping with the current business trends, where streamlining lead times for assembly means quicker turnaround for finished products, we have added yet one more SMT assembly line machine. Joining the SMT machine, the new MyData My9 Pick & Place machine is capable of placing over 15,000 parts per hour. We plan to use the new machine for HIGH VOLUME production runs. With an additional SMT line and the new MyData My9 Pick & Place, we are now capable of handling any size run that our customers request, quickly and efficiently.

In addition, we have added a new Aqueous Trident III automated board washer, guaranteeing that our customers will have BOARDS THAT MEET MIL SPECIFICATIONS.

Finally, in our effort to continuously look for innovative ways to keep costs down and pass those savings on to you, our customers, we have added an automated "Cut & Strip" machine. Saving money in production, while delivery the same high quality products, is a goal we continuously strive for.
